Overview

I am a scholar whose work focuses on measurement, personality, and research methodolgy in organizational scholarship. My publications appear in some of the top journals in management. I have taught courses on various topics at multiple levels of education. I also develop tools and programs to facilitate the appropriate use of research methodology and statistical techniques. I am affiliated with a number of professional associations, where I have served in various leadership positions.
